To my surprise, the claw came up empty and the cloth creature appeared to mock me from his plexiglass perch. This will cost the establishment a star for atmosphere. Now to the good news. The waitress was really good as was the service overall. It did not "wow" me or anything like that, but it was extremely pleasant and in this day and age, that's refreshing. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger. This entrée comes complete with bacon, which i found crispy and tasty and acceptable, a scoop of cole slaw on the burger, which was above average and I'm not a coleslaw guy, and french fries, which were well above average. Elmo, why are you giving it 5 stars then if it is just 'above average?' Well, the actual burger was thick, juicy and tasted great, the bun was warm and toasty and tasted great. It held together as I ate it, another check in the win column. Once management reaches out to me to square us up on the fox situation, I would feel comfortable extending my coveted recommendation for this establishment.
