Read MoreToday my wife and I experienced excellent service. Justina was excellent and went above and beyond. I don’t eat pork or beef, so I asked Justina if she would be so kind to replace her gloves to make our sandwich. To our surprise, she had no issue like most people do, and even asked if we would like if she wiped down the sandwich cutter. Something so simple truly goes a long way and that was so kind. Never has anyone asked that before. And for clarity, about a year ago or so, we came to this same location and we asked a worker to change his gloves and he stated that they only changed gloves if it was for gluten allergies, which is insane because at the request of a glove change for NO REASON AT ALL, food service workers are required to change them in just about any and every circumstance and company. Which is one of the reasons we stopped going to this location. But after today, I’m sure we will stop in and get food more often. Faith in humanity is restored. And also, the sandwiches here are phenomenal. Anyway, shout out to Justina for being thoughtful and kind. Also, her having her coworker change her gloves for us too was clutch.
