Read MoreThis was the first time my husband and I tried out this place (Saturday evening 22APR2023) and we were pretty excited after checking out the menu and drinks online and its right beside the Scoreboard which is a place we love. Our first server with shoulder length hair, sat on the bar after her shift was very kind and attentive from the moment we stepped in. She did inform us that the pot pies and salads were unfortunately out which was a bummer but she was very kind and apologetic about it. She had to then turn over so we checked out with her but she let us know she told the oncoming girl we would be ready for food ordering. The service of the next server was to put it simply, rough. We sat with empty drinks for awhile before she came and then it took a while for food which of course that's out of the servers hands. But when she brought the nachos out first we didnt get any plates nor napkins and she walked right away so I went to the restroom for napkins after waiting a while but in the end the cheese on the nachos was awful, we thought it tasted sour so we didnt finish them (the guac though was pretty tasty) but the way I see it, if you order food in a restaurant and dont like it, it's not the end of the world. When our mini dogs came later she brought the condiment caddie then and asked if we wanted ketchup and such too since it was missing from the caddie which we said yes but then she never returned. In the end my husband went to the bar to get our tab so we could leave. The place has a cool vibe, fun drinks and is clean so i'm sure it was just a bad night for this girl but this evening left a really awful taste in our mouth's about this place especially with it not being a busy night at all for the kind of service given. There was only 6 other patrons.
