Honestly, most locations and fast food establishments don't always have great customer service and tend to give you an incorrect order, but yesterday they were great. Went there around 8:30pm. They gave me the correct items I ordered and were friendly and patient.

During the pandemic, lobby is closed and only drive-thru service is available. Staff is doing well moving the line along and presenting orders with a smile. A good stop for comfort food.

We don't have Jack in the Box in Aotearoa New Zealand so trying this place was a favorite. Service was good and food was great, love their egg rolls which we would call them spring rolls

The buttery Jack Burger is my burger to go to a Jack In The box. Yes there are other good burgers but I like that one. So if you're looking for a great late-night snack Jack in the box is the place to go.
