Idk why they have bad reviews. Speaking for myself, my wings have always been flavorful and yummy. I normally get the boneless spicy teriyaki bbq or honey bbq and I always like my wings and fries

Got Sweet Chipotle and Garlic Parmesan. Barely any flavor at all and the wings were dry. Only reason why I give it a 2-Star? At least it's edible. The Charlies on Saratoga ha better wings and that's a Philly Cheesesteak store...

It's Chili's and just like Chili's, it sucks. I called after my delivery of smoked wings and Buffalo wings. The wings were not smoked and no Buffalo sauce. The manager said its a "ghost kitchen". I asked who cooked it, Chili's did, so it's garbage....Read More

Too bad you can't rate it as half a star. The ranch is like seasoned water, the wings are similar to chicken jerky, and the fries taste soggy and burned because they were likely refried. Terrible. I don't know how this place stays in business.

Ordered Cajun wings and another flavor. When I got them the wings were just cooked. No seasoning on the wings or any flavor at all. Waisted $20 on this place and won’t be coming back. Definitely do not recommend.

No seasoning. Very bland. The “apple bbq” flavor tastes like applesauce…very displeasing. Imagine naked, bland, baked wings dipped in a splash of sauce and that’s this place’s way of serving.
