For the last three years or so, this location basically stopped caring about cleanliness and appearance. The video attached is what a typical afternoon to evening looks like here. The employees don’t participate in cleaning, even when there’s big spills at the drink station.
The food itself is far below the standard In N Out quality. The burgers are mushy, and obviously rushed. Very little lettuce. The fries here used to be on an extreme pendulum between soggy and burnt. They never made them better and they’re normally soggy.
It would benefit them if they kept up the cleanliness into the later hours, as no one likes sticky tables and oil and sugar covered floors.
