Me and my husband decided to go to ihop to place a order we had called in advance to make one and the lady on the phone said they weren't busy to just come in so we did we get there around 3-4 ish am we placed our order at 5:30 (we ordered a family pack we figured it was take a while) (the place was basically empty) we sat in the entrance area and waited and waited it was at 6:20 we asked why it was taking so long and they never put our order in. Got a $40 almost $50 dollar meal to wait 2 and a half hours… is insane. The manager came and talked to us ( gave us a half ass apology) gave us some drinks and 2 coupons. The girl that works nights needs to do better and not forget the orders it’s your job. This was on 4/13/25. 4/18/25 So we go back to use our coupons (we have nothing against ihop) we get the same waitress. ( August) we get seated the table was dirty we asked to move and we did we get our food and as she was putting our plates on the table she sat my husbands plate down and his eggs fell on the table and she did nothing but kept repeating herself saying “ I’m so sorry I’m sorry “ then proceeded to say “ you can use the knife to put it back on your plate” and never offered to take the eggs back or make new ones are you joking. For one the table is dirty the eggs were not cooked all they were sunny side up and still uncooked. On top of that my pancakes I had were cold and hard like they had just been sitting out on the counter for a while. At this point I’m just irritated and my husband is irritated because she did nothing and Checked on us maybe 2 times We asked for new eggs and the lady that brought them was sweet. Then the manager comes to us and says so you didn’t want your food to touch and that was not the issue the waitress told her we wanted new eggs because they were touching the steak we told her no they fell off the plate onto the table and it’s disgusting. Never had any issues with this place until now we definitely won’t be going back there. They need new staff or just get rid of the waitress we had because it seems like when we go and she serves us it’s always a problem. If I could give this establishment zero out of five stars I would. Very disappointed.

Me and wife decided to order the Breakfast family feast with waffles to go on 4/13 around 4am, we waited for 25/30 minutes before we were helped at the front to place our order to go, we sat down to wait for our order we figured it would take some time since it was a family pack but after 30 mins we started to wonder where are food was couldn’t find anyone to ask for help eventually an hour passed we decided to walk into the dining area to ask where our food was and they forgot to make our order, the manger came out to give us a half a** apology telling us sorry about the wait in which we had to wait another 45 minutes before we got our food she offered 2 small drinks and 2 free meal coupons when we got our food and didn’t end up leaving till 6:30am! Fast forward to 4/18 we decided to use our free meal coupons and give it another go maybe we had one bad experience I’m sure it wouldn’t be as bad tonight oh was I wrong we were waited on fairly fast sat down but the table we were sat at was filthy, sticky with food crumbs on it, the silverware was gross still had old food on the knife and the fork was crusted up when our waiter August brought us are food the kitchen had forgotten my wife’s extra bacon and sausages, when she went to place my plate down she dropped my eggs off my plate touching the filthy table and told me I could just scoop them back up on my plate with my knife didn’t offer to take the plate back or pick them up until my wife told her that was plain disgusting and no customer service what so ever, she took the plate back and again they forgot my extra egg and this time brought me my food separately the manger came out and laughed saying I didn’t like my food touching, I corrected her and told her no I don’t like my food picked up from a nasty table and falling off my plate expecting me to eat that, she said that August told her I didn't like my food touching! If I could give IHop a zero star review I would this place just sucks I would never go back or recommend anyone eat at this establishment! The manager and all the waitresses have no customer service! 0/5 stars!!!!
