Read MoreI don't know how IHOP did it but they went from the best experience I have EVER had at IHOP to the absolute worst. Seated quickly but then things went downhill quickly from there, ordered iced tea only to be told at 8:15 pm they had dumped all the tea because they were preparing to close, (at 9:00 pm, I might add), wife asked for refill of coffee at 8:30 pm only to be told chemicals were already running through coffee makers to clean them, Logan and her fellow employees seemed more interested in leaving for the night than serving customers during posted business hours, food was unremarkable, constantly had to ask for things, except for the final bill, of course, no manager in sight and no more visits to this IHOP. Bad service means lost customer. Too many other choices to find this acceptable.
