Read MoreTried this diner today for the first time for breakfast. Slow service food took more then 30 mins while other tables that arrived later got their food much faster. Same waiter so no idea. I order standard breakfast items waffles, omelette, bacon. Nothing fancy. Not attentive, our party of 6 was sitting for a bit with no food and no one bother to ask, until the manager or owner walked by to all the tables to ask about how was the food. He was a bit surprised and our food came out 5 mins later. He never came back to explain. The waiter was clueless as well. My coffee cup was empty as well no one came to ask for refills.... Diners with no refills OMG. I had to ask for it, took a while as well. Cold coffee with breakfast is not ideal. Table had used plates that they didn't care to remove while we were eating. Wife's overcooked with a bitter taste. Mine was ok. Standard diner food. At this point we were like let's just get over with this. Usually we would go to colonnade diner on hylan, thought we give this place a try being closer and newer. I'll see how things are or how we felt like coming back here in a FEW months.
Update came back and service and food quality was better. I guess it took time to work it out and get good staffs.
