Read MoreI had a terrible experience at Hyderabad Wala, not just once but twice. A month ago, I ordered Chicken Dum Biryani, and to my disappointment, both the chicken and rice were completely raw. I decided to give them another chance yesterday, which turned out to be a big mistake.
This time, I ordered (#131) Boneless Chicken Biryani and even informed them about my previous bad experience, asking them to ensure everything was right. I specifically confirmed twice that the chicken would be boneless, and they assured me it was. However, after reaching home, I found that they had given me regular Chicken Biryani with bones.
When I called to report the issue, instead of offering a refund or an immediate resolution, they told me to drive back 40 minutes just to exchange the order. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
To make things worse, the first time I visited, I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for a biryani that was raw. The second time, I waited an hour only to receive the wrong order. This restaurant clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!
