I've worked in the food industry/hospitality service, and whatever it is that expects you to stay later than your actual off time. Why? Because you always have your side work, your nightly or daily counts of items, making sure you are ready for the next shift, whatever the reason may be. So, to yell at complete strangers that are doing nothing to you, calling us basically kidnappers, and threatening to throw a heavy enough object to a person bc you're upset about whatever, really shows your mental state is not on point. That was rude, unprofessional, and just plain ignorant. You should've been the one who got arrested.
All in all, LAUREN (if that's your real name) NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!
