I had both the chicken sandwich and the tri-tip plate, and they were equally fantastic — tender, well-seasoned, and incredibly satisfying. Their craft sodas are also a nice touch. The cream soda especially stood out — smooth, not too sweet, and super refreshing. The atmosphere is another highlight — ambient, lively, and full of energy without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of place that feels modern but still warm and welcoming. There’s usually a bit of a line to order, especially during peak hours, but don’t let that discourage you. The line moves quickly, and I’ve always been able to find a table once I’ve ordered. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Fresno. Heirloom has earned a spot at the top of my list.
