Change the oil, wash the fryer very well as soon as you have used up your supply. You can cook your favorite French fries at least every day, and with careful handling of the oil, one "fill" will last for 15-20 cooking cycles. The first rule of fast food is that the oil in the fryer must be checked every day. The potatoes look gray and taste as if they were corrected with vinegar. This is because the oil has lost all its composition. There is a lot of cabbage on the burger, as if you need to get rid of the expired product faster. Well, you do not feed cows.
