Visited Hakata for the first time. In my opinion, it was excellent. Tantan Ramen? Very good Chicken Katsu Curry? Excellent. My girlfriend enjoyed her Tonkotsu ramen. She thought the Edamame could have been salted heavier. Give Hakata a try.

Simple place with minimalist design. Service is fast and friendly. Sushi are fresh and sashimi melt in your mouth. I think this place is one of the best for Japanese cuisine in Waltham. A+ Asian restaurant without any doubt.
