I got the grated carrot salad, which is grated carrots. It had at least double the amount of salt it would need for my taste. - I typically don’t use salt when I cook at home for health reasons. - I mixed it with additional vegetables I had on hand. It’s also spicy with cayenne.The beet and bean (red kidney beans) salad is fantastic! It’s hearty but light and refreshing. The cabbage salad also is absolutely delicious. It is shavings of red peppers, grated orange carrots, slices of cabbage, ribbons of yellow peppers, and other fresh green bits with wonderful seasoning. The beef for the stroganoff is just delicious. A deep flavor. Nice cut of beef, and the mushroom gravy that goes with it is some thing you won’t forget and will come back for more! They do have prepared mashed potatoes, and some bulgur as well that you could choose to take home with you to go with the beef stroganoff. - The customer service is absolutely stellar! Sweet, kind, patient and helpful. I got small size container of three salads, at $4.50-ish each, a chicken cutlet, a fish cutlet, beef for beef stroganoff and the mushroom gravy that goes with it (which I ate over farro) and a cherry turnover for $45
