We were starving and needed something to eat bad and decided to take a chance here. BOY WHEN I TELL YOU IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! So first things first, this is essentially a dive bar. There's just no way around that and that's fine, honestly. I've seen a bunch of reviewers stating that if you're black, you're going to have a tough time and I definitely can understand why that may have been the vibe, but our hospitality and service was a legit 10/10. I didn't feel any sort of apparent racism or prejudice when we entered. I will note we were the only black folks in the establishment, but truthfully, it didn't feel like it mattered. If you are willing to give this place a chance and go into it with an open mind, I promise you may end up having/tasting some of the best food you ever had in your entire life.
