Ordered the brisket burger with beer cheese, side of fries, and a beer. I don’t mind paying twenty bucks for a burger, but the meat needs to be cooked right. Asked for the patty to be cooked medium, came out well done. Good portion of brisket, but it was rubbery. Ended up ripping the bun apart trying to hold it together taking a bite. Fries tasted great, but it was a very small portion. And a pint of generic national beer was six bucks.
There’s potential here. But they need to raise the quality of the meal to justify charging just shy of thirty bucks for a burger and one beer, or lower their prices a bit.
It was fine, and I wouldn’t tell someone not to go here, but I won’t be coming back for a while.
