I had the chance to dine at this restaurant with my sisters. We were in the area for the day from Virginia and decided to eat here before heading back for our long drive. We were greeted by Abhijeet, our waiter, who was very nice and polite.
We ordered the Bihari kebab paratha roll, which was delicious, as well as chili chicken, seekh kebab, and chicken biryani. Unfortunately, the biryani was a letdown—the rice was dry, and the meat was not fresh. When we mentioned this to Abhijeet, he kindly said he would inform the owner. A few minutes later, he returned to offer us a substitute for the chicken biryani, but due to our time constraints, we declined.
Abhijeet mentioned that the owner would come out to speak with us, but she never did. Instead, another staff member named Sadia came to our table, inquired about the issue, apologized, and offered us goat biryani, which would be ready in 30 minutes. She was friendly and thanked us for dining there. Despite her efforts, the owner never came out to introduce herself or address the problem with the food.
