Upon arrival, the place was full, but we got a table right away.
The place is big and very nicely decorated, the tables are comfortable and spacious.
We ordered the regular menu at the beginning, which was a mistake since the quality of the meat was very low, so we ended up upgrading to the deluxe menu, which made a big difference. Not only is meat better quality, but the seasoning on some of the items is much better.
We ordered different varieties of meat, but our favorite one was the Wagyu, which was delicious.
The deluxe menu comes with free alcoholic drinks; I ordered the King's Bliss. It was delicious, and my son ordered the blue lemonade, but his taste was too strong.
The customer service at the beginning was excellent, but as time passed, they forgot to bring us what we requested.
We waited 15 minutes for our meat to arrive at the end.
The calamari was very tough and the coating was very thick compared to other places.
The shrimp from the regular menu doesn't come pre-seasoned, but the one from the deluxe menu does, so it makes a big difference flavor-wise.
The price is higher than other places around the area.
Overall the experience was okay, I will definitely give it another try.
