What really makes Geisha stand out is the presentation. If you’ve never had sushi arrive on a boat surrounded by dry ice mist this is your moment. It’s dramatic, fun, and totally social media-worthy, but the best part is that the quality of the food matches the show.
I’ve tried a variety of their specialty rolls, and every one has been fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The Mizzou Roll is a local favorite for a reason it’s crunchy, creamy, and hits every note. Their tempura is perfectly crisp, and the fish always tastes clean and fresh. Even their miso soup and seaweed salad are a step above the usual.
Service has always been great quick, polite, and willing to explain the menu if you’re unsure what to order. Prices are very fair for the quality, and they have good lunch specials during the week.
