Read MorePrices, service, and food was decent if it weren’t for the tipping scam they are pulling. In small print at the bottom of the menu it says “15% gratuity included in every bill”. I noticed this - when I ordered my food and drinks I used my chip card in the machine and paid the total amount. After I paid, I was shocked to see he provided me with a visa receipt to add a tip and enter the total/sign. Before doing this, I said can I please have an itemized receipt. The worker huffed and puffed and said it’s not possible until you’ve signed the other one. I signed the other one and sure enough, not only was there already a 15% tip included, they want you to tip ON TOP of the tip that you have already paid. Extremely dishonest. I don’t mind tipping well for good service - but if you are going to include the tip be open and honest with your guests about this and allow them to have full visibility of what they are paying for.
