I stayed, not expecting the best they had to offer. WRONG! I was treated as if I were the only customer, bright and early in the morning. Coffee was fresh OR I would have been unable to order it. (great answer from my server. Already impressed) The banana pancakes were thick, fluffy, perfectly cooked, topped with sliced banana and had banana in the batter. Very rare these days for $7.99. My breakfast companion ordered fries with his breakfast. They were delicious. Crispy, not greasy... lots of flavor, salty but not too salty. The entire experience was a pleasure! We were never rushed, no scowls on staff that was ready to close. Highly recommend a visit to Florida Cracker. My 1st visit will definitely NOT be my last. Keep up the great job, folks!
