If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me start out by saying I am not a Karen and I very seldom if ever complain or write a bad review but this experience warrants one. We had the absolute WORST waitress. All of our food came out at separate times and it was all cold. She was standing around talking and apparently not being attentive to the kitchen. My food was ice cold, as was my brother in laws, and my sisters. It took over 45 minutes to get the food to begin with and then each meal came out about 10 minutes from each other and my niece's never came out at all. Every other table was getting their food before us when they came in after us. My niece was "waiting" on a burger when 3 other people were served their burgers before she got hers and they came in after us. Come to find out "the kitchen forgot to make it" ... so then my niece gets served a RAW and I mean raw burger not "pink" but RAW! She bit into it and the meat was cold and blood from the meat ran down her chin. It was like they tossed it on a super hot grill browned the top and bottom quickly. I tried to get the waitress yet again and she ignored us so I got the manager. The manager seemed extremely terrified that the burger was as raw as it was and she was super apologetic. She was the only good experience. She offered to make my niece a new burger which they did but it went to the dog when we got home because she was so grossed out from the one prior she couldn't eat it. The waitress never asked if everything was OK, never asked if we needed anything, never refilled drinks, and the list goes on, neverapologizd. I've been a server most of my life so I understand things happen but this goes above and beyond things just happening. I wish I could remember her name but it starts with a "C" she needs to be fired. The burger aspect isn't truly what made this the worst experience ever it was her. The saving grace was the manager. She was polite and took my niece's meal off and took some money off the rest of the bill. I don't mind paying for good food and service but still paying over $85 for cold food and crappy service was a bit much. I am a business owner and had the ball dropped like this in my business I would be extremely embarrassed and ashamed. Needless to say we won't be back and word of mouth travels.
