Read MoreSadly, our recent experience was very underwhelming. We visited for dinner and when we arrived it was a struggle to find a clean table. The empties we saw were still waiting to be cleared, but we did eventually spot a high-top back by the bathrooms. When we went to order drinks we were told that the online tap listings were all out of date, and when we asked about a current tap list, the server said that they have 25 taps and switch things out too frequently to keep track. When we asked if he could tell us what was available his response seemed to suggest that was unreasonable. It felt like we ended up playing the worst guessing game as we kept having to name off various different beverages and then in most cases he told us that they were out or unavailable. My friend and I both finally found something to drink, but they were a bit lackluster. The food was okay, but again not anything notable. According to the specials listed we should have gotten extra/"unlimited" fries with our food and drink orders but the server wasn't around again to ask.
My only previous visit to this location had been about a year before. In that instance, I had arrived to pick up an online order and found out that it got messed up so I was really hoping this time around would be better.
I've always had good luck with the Dilworth location, but this location has has been pretty meh both times I've visited. Hopefully things will be better in the future.
