The meat was cold and dry, and the produce in the serving area looked unappealing, leaving me unable to get what I really wanted. To make matters worse, the service was frustrating—the cashier walked away in the middle of my transaction to assist an Uber Eats driver, leaving my food sitting on the counter, cooling, for what felt like five minutes.
I saw the owner’s response to my review and found it to be insincere. Instead of genuinely addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in promoting their “many amazing reviews,” which now feel questionable to me.
