Read MoreI've only used the dry cleaning services here. They are reasonably priced for dry cleaning. My main issue isn't really with this place, so much as the actual cleaning company... I had brought in a few prom dresses, one with metallic thread that looked like glitter, until you really looked at it... they refused to clean it because they thought it was glitter... even though I did sign a release saying they could still clean my dresses with glitter and sequins, and instead of sending it back, hung nicely on a hanger, they sent it back bunched up in a sack. The dress was quite big, so thankfully one of the ladies working found a clean garbage bag for me to put the dress into so it wouldn't get any dirtier trying to get it home. My only issue with the ladies working is that someone took down all my information when I handed over all my dry cleaning and then told me they lost it several weeks later when I called to check on it, but then when they pulled out my dry cleaning... there it was, my phone number that they said they had lost and was unable to call me to let me know my things were ready, weeks ago... Either find a better system where people get called back or be honest at the beginning and just say,'No one will be calling, keep track of this yourself!'
