Lisa, our PHENOMENAL, ROCK STAR, knew everything about the menu, about the drinks, what food pairs great with what wine/ cocktail, which dish goes to who, and was observant of every SINGLE DETAIL of our event – and even made everything extra special – and made everyone feel taken care of. To have someone like Lisa work for Etch says a lot about the leadership and the team, about the culture, and the values of the organization. Last but not least….Superman Valet Attendant that night worked at the speed of light and with incredible caution, ensuring all cars were treated with respect and care – while dealing with all of the external elements like weather, vehicle traffic, foot traffic coming and going and everything else in between. He was professional, kind, friendly, caring, and engaging. What I mean by engaging, is, he asked everyone how their dinner was, how their evening was, and wished them well when they got into their vehicles. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Etch is now on my TOP 5 venue to celebrate any and all occasions. Job well done for the impeccable service, coordination, and customer service. It was a busy Saturday night at the restaurant - and no one skipped a beat.
