Estelle's is 1950s Hollywood meets Barbie in the BEST way. Every inch of this place is Instagrammable: the aesthetic interior, polished decor, and gorgeous window views on the upper level will make you want to snap photos of the whole experience. But it's not just the aesthetic that's impressive at Estelle's, the drinks were a highlight of our visit as well. We ordered three different cocktails, the Pastel, Matcha Martini, and Bitter Kiss, and each of them was as beautiful as it was delicious. I can't speak for the food here or the late night club vibes since we just stopped by for drinks, but I definitely see myself coming back here. I can also imagine this place as a go-to for bachelorette parties in Austin, birthday celebrations, and more, especially since they seem to be able to accomodate large groups.
I'm so glad this place opened up where Truluck's used to be, it feels like a gem that complements the other fun and colorful establishments on 4th Street!
