Read MoreWe came at the door but the man said that work there say they are close and told me to go to drive through signaling me where to go,,,and so I went and walk there, but when I was in the speaker, nobody answers,,I ask multiple times, nobody answers,,,so I went back to get my car and then went back and finally this guy answered. What's upsetting is he could have answered me earlier and tells me that I cannot order if I'm not inside my car,,,he just ignored me IN SILENCE and I could have saved 15 mins if he told me I can't do it that way...my kids were already hungry,,, I respect rules but at least he could have said something and not just ignore me in the beginning...in the first place he was the one who pointed me to turn around and go to drive through to order...I was interpreting it differently....when we got the food, no smiles, no hello, no thank you,,,we even Siad thank you....we're so glad we don't live here and we have to deal with this guy again and again,,as el pollo loco is always our restaurant every week.
