On October 25, 2025 I came in for the first time and ordered the nacho fries for my wife and the 3 taco combo. On the fries I asked with no aoli, sour cream, or tomatoes because my wife is allergic to tomatoes and she cant eat certain things, but she loves nacho fries. She was excited to try these being from California. When she got it, she didn’t expect it to be/or look the way it did. It was pretty bare. So I brought them back and asked could I receive a refund. There a girl there with green hair who told me I couldn’t receive a refund and that they made it the way it was asked. She kept changing the story. First she said, there was no way for her to process a refund without management there. Then she said she could do if she called. Then she said that she may be able to do it if she called her manager. Then she called someone, spoke to them and then came back and said she wasn’t doing it at all. I told her I wasnt trying to cause any trouble, but i didnt think it was fair. We weren’t satisfied with the meal and we should have have received a refund. She tired offering dessert, but we don’t really eat sweets. She was willing to offer me dessert for free, but not the money I spent back to me. I asked when the manager would be back, and she said tomorrow. I told her that I would be reaching out to him/her about this. This is unfair to customers. I should have been able to get my money back. There was no signs or anything in writing saying that there was a no refund policy. The fries were about $16 and I dont see why she couldn’t have done that for me.
