Fun old school drive-in in Ft Smith. Definitely a must try and was recommended to us by the locals. You can get takeout, eat outside, or they have a surprisingly large inside area to eat with many tables and booths. Inside you seat yourself, and a busy server comes by with menus. It's very "classic diner" service wise. The server did not make small talk, did not make recommendations, and seemed rushed every time we saw her. But she took our order and brought refills. But little things like only bringing 3 napkins for 4 people and not giving forks with the meal made us have to keep asking other servers for things. However, once we had our food and she left the ticket, we never saw her again to get refills, napkins, or order dessert. We ordered their "world famous" French Dip (add cheese) and the Hot Mama jalalpeno burger both with curly fries. My daughter got the Amy's All in One, which was a messy open face burger with fries and gravy on top. I added on a bowl of chicken and dumplings soup as an afterthought, and it ended up being my daughter's favorite! We also got a slice of raspberry cheesecake at the end which was tasty. The food was quite good. The beef sandwich and soup were our favorites. It was classic diner fries and greasy food but done well. They have homemade sauces (I got a side of Roquefort for my fries), daily blue plate specials (even though no price was posted), and homemade chili and soup. Desserts are also plentiful and around $3-4, which was pretty affordable. Lots of fun Elvis and Marilyn photos on the wall and cute photo ops inside and out. We would definitely stop by again and maybe give their 5lb burger a try (split with the whole family)!
