Omg! Where do I begin! First, I just want to say that I saw other ppls reviews for this place, and I can't believe it's the same place. It has to be that the reviewers know these ppl. This was by far the absolute worst place I have been to EVER!! So, my friend and I walk in. We tried to order food. The first issue we encountered was that the lady behind the counter didn't speak english, which was fine because I speak Spanish. Apparently, the lady didn't speak Spanish either because I must have repeated our order like 5 times, 2 in English, 3 in spanish. The first order was for a chicken nugget happy meal which came with a drink and fries. Well, the nuggets looked old and were hard, and at the end of our visit, the lady tried to charge me separately for the drink and fries! Then, my friend wanted a cheeseburger ONLY ketchup. I must have repeated that several times. The lady kept saying with lettuce and tomatoe? We would say NO! Just what she got? A deluxe cheeseburger with everything on it, including mayo, which she is allergic to!!! Thirdly, I ordered my meal, which was an order of 6 wings. On the menu it has for you to choose what sauce you would like. I picked Sweet chili. Well, I didn't get 6 wings, I got friend chicken. Then, it was served without any sauce. When I asked for sauce, she said all she had was hot sauce. I can't eat hot sauce. I had also asked for fried plantains instead of fries. She said no problem. I was willing to pay extra if need be. she gave me Yuca. I wouldn't have minded, except it was semi raw, and they didn't have oil for it. So, when I got my wings, I didn't get my plantains, I got yuca. Smh... The final straw came when she overcharged us for our meals. I will NEVER go there again and would NOT recommend this place to anyone! My friend could have ended up in the hospital because they didn't understand what we were saying. The place itself is small. No handicap accessible entrance, parking was a nightmare, and the service was super slow, and the food was all wrong and was not fresh. Even the food under the heat lamps looked dry. Stay away, run!! The life you may save may be your own!! If you're wondering, I do reviews on every place I visit. This has been the ONLY place that I gave a super bad review to!! Awful!!
