Not only that, it is more easily digestible and I’m speaking from the personal experience of not being able to eat gluten for a long time. I can finally eat gluten again and I am so grateful that Early Bird Farm & Mill is creating such a healthy product. Have I said it’s the best yet? I’ll say it again - It’s the best flour and makes the best bread, cream of wheat, pancakes, popovers I’ve ever had! The corn grits are absolutely amazing also. For all the gluten intolerant people out there - hope has arrived!
