Read MoreI went through the drive thru this morning to grab a cup of coffee and I was shocked at the nasty disposition the majority of the crew had. I understand that our jobs can be difficult at times, but it’s best to at least try and act like you care about the customers. The young lady that took my order was more concerned with what was in her phone than anything else. I greeted her as I pulled up to the window, and when I left. To my surprise, she said absolutely nothing to me. But there was one individual that stuck out like a sore thumb, because she was so kind hearted. A young lady by the name of Josephine handed me my order and all I can say is she is the epitome of what customer service looks like! She greeted me, wished me a happy new year and generally looked excited to be at work. I can’t speak for anyone else in that building, but as for Josephine she is a true gem. Thank you Josephine for being the ONLY kind individual this morning. You made my day!
