Had a wonderful experience yesterday at Dunkin in hornell. Jen was very accommodating and friendly. The two workers that were there were very busy but still managed to have a cheerful attitude and amazing energy. Great job hornell dunkin and Jen!!!

Very friendly and fast, and always make my drinks the way they know how. They have amazing patience with us, being as we usually don't visit fast food often, and aren't typically familiar with the menu. Super pleased with their service.
