Read MoreThis place is pretty good! I love that they serve Burrito Ruleta-- a chicken and vegetable burrito topped with cheese sauce. It has a side of rice and pico de gallo, which for me, is the perfect medley of food on a plate. The serving is huge, so I was only able to finish half of it.
My sister ordered the menudo, which she says is fantastic! The broth is very good with a nice density but not too thick and the tripe was soft. We also had lengua tacos which were pretty good as well, and worked well with the salsa verde that was served with it.
It was too early for margaritas for me :) but I was able to order the Mangonada without the tequila, so it was basically a Mango shake with chamoy. It's a drink and a dessert in one!
The lunch menu is very well priced and they have it Monday to Saturday. But because I like Burrito Ruleta, I didn´t order off that menu.
