However, I did mention to the cashier that it was our first time so it would’ve been nice to be informed of our options to upsize our drinks. We also overlooked the 2 additional menus so, we missed out on other burger options. Just from a customer service standpoint, if a customer says it’s their first visit, take the initiative to make sure they’re well informed of their options. That’s why I gave the service 3 stars and not 5 stars. Also, you’re charged more money to make it a combo which is backwards from chain restaurants. Usually a combo meal is a little cheaper than buying individual portions.
The restaurant was clean and spacious, conveniently located. I was referred here which is why I can’t stress enough the importance of customer service, your business spreads by word of mouth if nothing else. Nevertheless, we will be back!
