Read MoreMy driver Frank was and always is awesome. So communicative, kind, and helpful. I live in a large apartment building that requires a fob to enter and street parking can be unpredictable, so I usually wait outside to meet drivers when they’re nearby. It was drizzling tonight and he said he knew the building and which door I’d come out of based on the delivery instructions I provided. He went above and beyond and even offered for me to stay inside and said he could knock on the door outside when he arrives, so I wouldn’t have to stand out in the cold and rain. Very few people would offer to do something like that. He has delivered to us once before and I remember my husband came in telling me how great of a guy he was. Always a great experience. You can tell he’s really a kind and considerate person.
