*** I am updating my review based on recent service! I was reached out to by the GM who recently took over this location. He was very genuine and wanted to leave a better impression than the last one. He apologized profusely and worked to make things right, cleaning up the previous manager's mess. What a great dude. We frequently place large orders with this Dominos ($100-$200.) The food is always hot and up to standard. However, the last three orders, we have been missing one pizza each. We didn't complain the first two times, just let it slide. But this last time, my MIL called the store to ask for a refund just on the pizza that was missing - $10.99.
I didn't catch her name, but the store manager (female) took the call. She told my MIL that she personally gathered our order, and it could not be wrong. Well, it was - just missing the one medium pizza - and my MIL told her that. The manager started to argue, and we were told we would be refunded. After a minute of waiting, the woman came back on the phone and told us she had refunded the whole order of $108 (but she didn't refund the $35 tip, lol) and said not to ever come back. What the heck?!
There was never any anger or false accusations on our part. It's just wild that she told us not to order again just for asking for a refund for one pizza ... that was definitely missing. Poor management skills. Don't worry, we won't go back.
