The staff member that assisted him was patient, respectful and kind, and gave a very fair and reasonable explanation for the charge and his inability to adjust it. But still, the patron walked out angrily with his entire $21.99 meal deal left sitting on the counter. My experience was far more pleasant. The staff was friendly and funny, my order was ready on time and accurate, and my pineapple and pepperoni pan-style pizza, with the gooey cheese and gently toasted toppings all the way to the edge, was absolutely delicious and definitely worth every penny of the $2 upcharge. That guy missed out tonight (but I really hope his night got better)!
