Years ago we were not fans at all of Domino's. Their new box says, "ThIs pizza was made from fresh, never frozen dough, and we can definitely tell the difference! We became fans when we decided to try their pan pizzas. However their pan pizzas don't come in a size larger than the medium size. I don't know why? Our go to orders are 2 pan pizzas, one pepperoni, and the other 1/2 pep 1/2 mushroom, onions, and peppers. Today we ordered our usual order, and when we opened one of the pizzas, it had sausage on one of them, which is not one of the ingredients we get in any of our orders. I called and spoke to the manager, Jack. Jack was very pleasant to deal with! From the phone number I called from, he already brought up my order, and offered to either make me a new pizza that would be done shortly, or credit my account towards a future order. Jack just really solidified our faith in Domino's- not only are their pan pizzas pretty great, but they have stepped up their customer service to match the quality of their pizzas!
