Read MoreMy family's new favorite sub shop. First, by joining their club online (for free) we got our first order 50% off. We ordered about $80 worth so the final cost was right around $40. After bringing our order home, I realized we were missing 2 subs and one of the ones we had was made with unwanted peppers. This sort of thing happens. What doesn't usually happen is how I was treated after calling to let them know about it. Without hesitation, they offered to remake the one sub and the missing 2 were already there, just waiting to be picked up. I rushed back and was about to go inside to get everything but the manager was already on his way out with 2 bags. One with our subs and one filled with single serving bags of chips. I explained that I felt bad because they must have lost money on this order but he was having none of that. He gave me a heartfelt apology for the trouble. I can't give him, the business, or these delicious subs high enough stars. I absolutely love this place and plan on coming frequently, even though it's 4 miles from home. Thank you DiBella's!
