I had the pleasure of being served by a young waitress (Gabrielle) at Denny’s (Oakland Park Florida, Commercial Blvd) today, and I can’t say enough good things about her service. She was friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment we sat down. She checked on me at just the right times without ever being intrusive, and she made sure my drinks and food were exactly how we wanted them.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine smile—she made the whole dining experience warm and welcoming. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure customers feel cared for, especially at a busy place like Denny’s.
I hope management recognizes what a great asset she is to the team. If every server carried themselves the way she does, every meal out would be a pleasure.
