I've stayed several times, and nothing in the area even touches the quality and value of DMI. The main house and cabins are wonderfully, timelessly appointed, they're so comfortable and cozy, you really don't want to leave. They have some how effortlessly created a place where we you want to do everything and nothing all at the same time. The property is gorgeous, and perfectly located that it makes you feel secluded from everything while also being accessible, close to hiking trails, skiing, close to town (although why would you even leave the property!). This is my go-to place for quiet, restoration and inspiration, finding respite in the countless spots to stare out at the woods, sit by the fire, sit on a bench outside or just staying in bed. There's something to enjoy every season, and every part of the property. The restaurant is one of my absolute favorites, I'm always thrilled to be surprised what will be on the menu, and love having the assurance of whatever they offer is done at such a high level, including where they source their ingredients. The cocktails are killer! and the service staff are some of the kindest, personable, service-passionate professionals I've had the pleasure of knowing.
