Bartender is always great, personable and knowledgeable, creates perfect drinks. Pricing is acceptable for the venue. Some of our favorite games (retro coin pushers, multi-user trivia) have been removed. Understandable as they were showing their age, but I wish they’d gotten similar replacements. The newer coin pushers are nice (especially the spider man one) but they’re not the same. In particular, the Star Trek one, as tickets are only rewarded when prizes are won and not the standard coins. Understaffed, and doing their best, but it’s hard to look past the issues. They’ve removed the front counter, requiring guests to go to the prize area for assistance. The area is super loud making it difficult to communicate. On top of that, attention is split between those redeeming and those in need of help meaning longer wait times. Every time we go, we find multiple broken or malfunctioning games. Typically, when we report the issues, they can be fixed in a timely manner, but the more complicated issues persist visit after visit. - Football Game where you step through the tires: not registering the steps correctly. Kept saying we had stopped moving when we were indeed stepping. If we stepped too fast, it wouldn’t register. - Clown Ball Toss: Not working when we first arrived, was repaired during our visit. - Plate Smasher: Had two balls to use, wasted credits before realizing. They refilled the balls during our visit. - Over the Edge: had very few prizes in play. It was refilled during our visit. - Wicked Tuna: Two of the four of the terminals were stuck in error. Not fixed during our visit. - Kungfu Panda: Top right pad has been broken for a long time (noticed it on our last two visits) making it nearly impossible to win. - Spider-Man coin pusher: No display for super bonus amount - Monopoly Roll-n-Go: error for dispenser #2. We were told it was rebooting and would be online soon. In our 3-4 hours there, it did not work. - Minions Card/coin: one side was out of order. Overall, it’s an okay location and we’ll be back, but we’ve been looking at other arcades for date nights.
