Disclaimer: This review is based on my experience from 5 visits in June through October of 2023. This experience includes enjoying 18 on-stage performances and 30 private performances from 18 different dancers. I'm using a burner account for obvious reasons, but I'm not employed by or associated with this club. I just liked it this much.
The curves here are indeed dangerous for your wallet if you're not a cheapskate. That being said, this place has hands-down become my favorite gentlemen's club among the six I've visited thus far. I found zero exploitation of myself or my money and many satisfying transactions. Perhaps the most important detail about this establishment is that it is a relatively wholesome, non-nude 'bikini bar'. The dancers are scantily clad, but tops are not allowed to come off. If you're looking to see that, go to Des Moines. Otherwise, you can expect the typical services offered at a gentlemen's club - a variety of attractive women providing on-stage pole dancing, semi-private lap dances, or just nice conversation and company. Every night I was there gave me plenty of fun and ravishing experiences that have become good memories. As long as you treat them well, you can expect them to treat you well.
Some other important info:
Nightly line-ups are posted pretty consistently on the club's Facebook page at some point in the evening so customers can know who will be there (dangerouscurvesames). Sometimes it's posted on Instagram as well (@dangerouscurvesiowa).
There's a variety of physiques, decent racial/ethnic diversity, hair colors almost across the board, various alluring outfits, and a roster of fun and interesting personalities (my favorite aspect). There are at least a few who implied they're open to non-male customers as well.
The quality of stage performances ranges from decent to fantastic, the dancers actually have talent. I saw none that I would consider lackluster. Show your worth and appreciation with tips!
Lap dances are a reasonable and consistent $20 per song (usually 2-4 minutes per $20). Sessions take place in a semi-private blacklit lounge with multiple couches that's spacious and secluded from the rest of the building.
Touching is allowed during dances except for on the face, anywhere underneath tops and bottoms, and down below. The dancers may take requests depending on what you ask for, but anything beyond general non-nude outercourse will almost certainly not be permitted. Get their consent first!
The chats are often just as engaging as the performances.
The club is rather small, but even on busier nights it was never crowded. Maximum occupancy is probably somewhere between 60-75 people. The music was never too loud, so conversations can be had with ease.
The bar is full service. There is a one-drink minimum purchase upon entry, effectively an admission fee. So anyone under 21 isn't allowed in. Pricing was usually if not always $10 or less for anything I ordered, and sometimes there's drink specials going on.
Amenities include a free pool table, an ATM, and 3 televisions at the bar.
Should you decide to visit this club and partake in its risqué delights, be a decent customer. At minimum, freshen yourself up, respect the dancers' personhood, bodies, and work, pay or tip at least $50 total (but the more the merrier), and otherwise behave yourself. You'll be more likely to have a good time.
