First time eating here. The place is cozy and comfortable. The person waiting on us was wonderful! The food was good. I loved the onion rings. I would recommend this quaint place.

This southern style diner is spotless clean with excellent sweet tea, hot out of the vat fries, and cooked to order menu items. Friendly. Local patrons. Felt like home. Reasonable prices. If you travel on 460 to Roanoke, make the stop. We are glad we did.

Great food, service and yummy cakes for dessert. The meatloaf was wonderful. We are making this our lunch spot going back and forth to Virginia Tech. It is on 460 right before Bedford.

Chose dales because of the homeown eats segment on channel 7. Met a highschool friend for lunch we haven't seen each other in 45 years and we chose y'all great food great people.
