Found the Chicken Fried steak here and when I got it I had to wait a bit for it to cool down. The fries were hot and fresh and the drink was not watered down.

It looks like it's permanently closed unless they're going to put up a new one or totally remodel, the one that's there. However, Dairy Queen is shuttering Texas locations left and right. It will be no surprise if it never comes back.
