The flavor of the meat was excellent with well seared patties that really bring out the strong maillard reaction flavor. In fact, because the patties were very thin, the maillard flavor drowned out the rest of the beef flavor. Make the two patty version as one thicker patty with the same amount of sear and you would have the perfect balance of seared and beef flavor. Still, with that criticism, it was one of the best in the fast food arena. I didn't try sides or drinks so no comment there.
