High-end dinning and service. Ordered the Watermelon Craft Cocktail for the drink and the Filet Mignon Egg roll for the appetizer. Our meals consisted of the lobster ravioli and the prosciutto lobster pappardelle black truffle pasta.To end the evening we ordered cappuccinos and the trio creme brulee. Everything was delicious and the service provided by Parker and Andy was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Let me be clear, I was happy to spend my hard earned money on my 2nd anniversary with my girlfriend. The car ride home we shut the radio off and talked about everything. The consensus is that we will be talking about this dinner for years to come. I ordered a kettle 1 dirty martini with one olive (I hate to waste), our waiter, Patrick pointed out it’s bad luck. So I got the recommended three! It’s a good thing because my friends enjoyed the other two. The shrimp cocktail was incredible!!! Seriously so fresh and the sauces were so good we found ourselves scraping the plate for whatever they had left. My lovely lady enjoyed the miso glazed sea bass, with bok choy, and rice. She raved about it (I ate the bok choy). I had one of the specials; the 28 day dry aged 16oz ribeye with back truffle, zucchini, and mash. I was in heaven! And just to be a glutton we added on the lobster Mac, it’s a celebration after all!! I can’t thank you enough. I can’t say we will be back soon, but it sure was a special treat and hope to come back eventually. Good job everyone, from the host, bartender, and especially our wonderful waiter and BOH staff. Best fine dining experience I’ve had in the Melbourne area. The escargot was so rich, umami, and flavorful. I honestly have not better snails. I got a spicy jalapeño vodka cocktail. I would recommend it if you’re into spicy drinks—it is not overwhelming but does give a nice nostril feel. We ordered the New York strip and a lobster pasta dish. The pasta sauce was creamy and was greatly enhanced by truffles. These are real, sliced truffles—not some cheap “truffle aioli” that lesser restaurants insist on coating all their slop in. I appreciate that CuiZine uses fresh, whole ingredients. My steak was massive, 14oz if I recall. The pepper sauce I ordered was unctuous and spicy. High quality beef cooked to a nice medium rare. Perfect restaurant for a date night. I saw a few groups of 4-5 people there, so you can bring a larger party if desired. Relaxed atmosphere.

Came here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend and we loved our experience here. The food and service was 10/10. We also couldn’t decide on a wine so they sent someone over to help narrow down exactly what we were looking for and he was so knowledgeable and kind. I can’t wait to come back again!

Love this place! They have entertainment beautifully presented food and delicious to boot. The staff is welcoming and the drink menu is yum. This time we went for our anniversary and they set a beautiful table, very romantic setting. They brought us a champagne toast. It was perfect and we will go back again and again. We sat at the bar and got drinks before sitting at our table and they give bacon strips out to people that sit at the bar.

Phenomenal! The BEST restaurant in Brevard county. Everything was perfect. Our server Luis was amazing. Personable and knew the menu extremely well. I can not say enough wonderful things about Chef Z. The food was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was delicious and the portions were more than generous. I would recommend CuiZine to everyone looking for great food and atmosphere. 10 out of 10. Excellent from start to finish.

WOW just WOW…. This place was incredible from the moment we walked in without a reservation to see live jazz performance and we were seated quickly. The restaurant filled quickly and the manager and waitress were extremely polite. The pretzel breadsticks were brought out fresh from oven almost too hot to eat but the delicious butter cooled them down for a satisfying pre-dinner bite. We ordered the filet mignon egg rolls, mizo glaze sea bass, aged New York strip, lobster Mac-n-cheese, bread pudding for dessert, and dessert coffees. For drinks we had the huckleberry martini and a smoky old fashioned. Everything was perfect and I mean everything, from the food to the staff. Zero complaints or delays. If you’re in the area and you have to time, you must enjoy dinner here.

I'm not even sure where to begin with this restaurant. I went here on 9/23/2023 for my 13th wedding anniversary and to say it was perfect would be an accurate statement. We started off with some Craft Cocktails and they were fantastic. I got watermelon for Round 1 and Black Cherry for Round 2 and they did not disappoint. My wife got wine and of course who doesn't love wine?? Next were the appetizers. My wife got a gigantic sea scallop with Caviar on top and I got Escargot. 10 out of 10 on both appetizers and yes I do like Snails. The main course is where the magic happened. I got a beautiful 14oz veal chop that was cooked perfectly and cut like 'buttah' and my wife got Miso Glazed Sea Bass. I don't say this lightly, but the sea bass could have possibly been the best fish I've ever eaten in my life. The texture and the taste was unlike anything I've ever eaten. The fish flaked perfectly and the flakes were huge. Easily 10 out of 10 here. For Desert we had tiramisu and what can only be described as a creme brulee 3 pack... They were both fantastic and the coffee was excellent as well. Our server was Buddy and he never EVER had us waiting for anything. He gets a 10/10 as well. Lastly, they have the most delicious butter to go on the hot pretzel bread that they bring out. I asked my server about it and apparently chef makes it himself, infusing it with herbs and other deliciousness. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restuarant for your fine dining. I will be back for sure! Thank you for making our 13th perfect!! Update: I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the lady singing. I believe she started around 6 PM, and she truly had the voice of an angel. It was a wonderful touch.

We went to celebrate a birthday, The manager is amazing! From start to finish, she guided us! Our girl waiter, that took EXCELLENT was AMAZING! He was very transparent throughout the entire process. Everything ran smoothly. She gave suggestions for making this smooth process happen. I forgot the important part! The appetizers were so yummy!! In the restaurant there was a girl singing with a beautiful voice, the repertoire of songs was classics and well-known songs, like You "Don't own me", she was an excellent performer.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided upon a very last minute stay on the beach. We needed a great meal to go with it and decided to give CuiZine a try. We went in with nearly zero exceptions and came out with a 2+ hour meal of impeccable service, outstanding food, beautiful music and just great vibes all around. We had a reservation, but showed up a little bit early. It was no issue and they quickly ushered us to a great table that gave us perfect view of the violinist/singer (more on her later)… and on top of that they had done up the table with rose pedals and had champagne glasses ready for us to start the night off with. Colin took care of us all night and what an absolute treasure he is. His knowledge of the menu was excellent and he helped guide us all night with great knowledge of the flavors and techniques used to create each dish. Let’s not forget the fact that he’s a sommelier and a cocktail guru, what a fun conversation he was throughout the evening (and I came away with some new projects to try at home with mixing flavors and liquor!) So let’s talk food, because that’s what you’re here for. We started the night with the Chef’s Special Burrata and French Onion Meatballs. Both were exceptional. The burrata was so flavorful and fresh, it was an excellent start to the meal. The French Onion Meatballs were exactly as you’d hope they would be and exploded with that French Onion flavor. There is also a bread course. I probably could have skipped the little breadsticks, but the bread itself was baked perfect and incredibly tasty. A little sea salt on the very good butter would have been chefs kiss perfect. Oh and those French Onion Meatballs I mentioned? They were so good we just HAD to try the French Onion soup that it was based on. The soup did not disappoint, my wife and I split the soup and devoured it quickly. Our two year old would have been in heaven with it. So while all of that delicious food was going on we were treated to the violin and vocal stylings from Charlotte Goodman (Char Good as we came to learn!). She added the perfect ambiance to the meal and was clearly having fun the entire time. The fact that she would roam the room and play to tables really took the performance to the next level. She came over and asked if we had a wedding song (we did, I Knew I Loved you by Savage Garden). She didn’t happen to know the song (or the few backups we picked, I swear my wife wanted to challenge her to the max)… but minutes later she started up I Knew I Loved You and nailed it. It was so much fun to watch her try to figure out how she wanted to handle the song and by mid-way through she had figured out her groove and was feeling it. It was so special and fun. Then the main courses came. I did the chef’s special Osso Buco and it was done up exactly as you would hope. It was so tender and spiced very well. The risotto paired with it was exceptionally flavorful and really made it a complete dish. My wife did the Parmesan Crusted Veal Chop. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare and exploded with flavor. It’s a must have on the menu for sure. Somehow, after all that we still had room for desserts. We were finishing up past closing time so my heart was broken with the lack of Creme Brulee, but the Flourless Hazelnut Chocolate Cake hit a spot I didn’t know I had. It sealed the meal perfectly while my wife did some ridiculously chocolatey chocolate cake that she loved. All in all it was an exceptional evening. The owner and chef came by and chatted with us a bit and was very friendly. They let us stay past closing to finish up our meal and we really appreciated that. You want the tl;dr? Excellent food, great ambiance, wonderful music and Colin is the best. Oh and the cocktails were on point too!!! Though I kind of want to try some of the magic Colin was talking about making at home. Haha!

We’ve been here a few times, this time with a group of 8. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Service was fast and professional. Cocktails from the bar arrived quickly and the crab chowder was very good. The French wine suggested by the server was amazing. The steak was spot on medium rare and delicious. It was a very enjoyable night. Definitely recommend Cuizine for a date night.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at CuiZine for my girlfriend's birthday, and let me tell you, the hype surrounding this place is absolutely justified! As a lover of local restaurants, I often find that the reality doesn't always match the expectations, but this was a delightful exception. From start to finish, everything was simply fantastic. We arrived a bit early for our reservation, so we decided to enjoy a drink at the bar while we waited. Just as we were settling in, our table was ready, and our friendly waiter promptly brought over our drinks, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. One of the first things we appreciated was the thoughtful touch of offering us a choice between regular water or refreshing cucumber water. Shortly after, we were treated to fresh pretzel bread, crackers, and a delightful cream cheese spread. Our waiter took the time to go through the menu in detail, explaining the specials with passion and expertise. She truly elevated our experience with her impeccable service, and I regret not catching her name to give her the recognition she deserves. Thank you for making our night so special! Now, onto the food—where do I even begin? We indulged in a variety of dishes, including French onion meatballs, filet mignon egg rolls, truffle fries, spinach, salmon, and seabass. Each dish was a masterpiece, expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The truffle fries, in particular, are an absolute must-have if you visit. We were so enamored with the food that we sadly didn’t have any room left for dessert, but that just gives us another reason to return! The drinks complemented our meal beautifully, with bold flavors that really kicked. After our meal, the restaurant's proximity to the beach made for a picturesque end to the evening as we strolled across the street and enjoyed a walk along the shore. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience filled with exceptional food, top-notch service, and a charming atmosphere, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was delicious! We shared a baked brie appetizer and I had Beef Wellington & my husband had a steak. All was delicious! The atmosphere is really nice. I’d definitely love to go back and sit in the bar area where they had someone playing music next time but it was extremely busy so might have to get there pretty early for that.

This restaurant is dining at its finest. My date ordered the ribeye and I chose duck. We split a Caesar, grilled romaine with the most delightful dressing I've ever had. Both the steak and duck were cooked to perfection. Also, the cocktails are a VERY generous pour. It's an experience that's worth every penny.

Excellent food! The best steak we’ve had. After a recommendation from the steak chef, Chris, we went for our anniversary and had the dry aged ribeye. Exceeded our expectations! So naturally we went back for my husband’s birthday and again it was amazing! Thank you CuiZine for your delicious and awesome service! We’ll be back soon!!
